The Queensland Primary Industries eHub - https://dpi.engagementhub.com.au website (eHub), is licensed by the Queensland Government ("we", "our" or "us") and hosted by a third party service provider My Business App Pty Ltd. By using the eHub you agree to comply with the Website Terms:

- community guidelines
- moderation guidelines
- our privacy statement and My Business App Pty Ltd’s privacy policy
- any other terms, conditions, notices or disclaimers displayed on the eHub, including Engagement Hub’s terms and conditions.
(collectively "Website Terms").
By accessing or using the eHub you accept and agree to be bound by these Website Terms.
Changes to the Website Terms
We may revise these terms of use at any time by publishing an updated version on this website. Please review this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our website. Continued use of the eHub after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Website Terms. We reserve the right to terminate access to the eHub at any time without notice and our limitation of liability will remain in effect following termination
Access and subscription
The eHub is accessible to all users for general information, the only exception is private consultation pages. To participate in some of the engagement activities, such as forums and surveys, registration may be required.
When registering on the eHub, you must:
- keep your subscription details confidential
- be responsible for any access to the eHub using your subscription details, even if the access is by another person.
Any content you publish to the eHub is publicly shared and does not remain confidential. Your personal information in your subscription remains private. Only your screen name will be published if you have given consent to it being shown in publicly accessible comments.
We may contact you with updates or information relating to engagement activities. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the email or by emailing engage@dpi.qld.gov.au. Your subscription details will be maintained on the Department of Primary Industries (DPI) customer relationship management system (currently hosted on eHub) for auditing, analytics, compliance and record keeping purposes.
Your use of this website
No unlawful, infringing or offensive activity
You must not post or transmit to or via the eHub any information or material or otherwise use the eHub for any activity which breaches any laws or regulations, infringes a third party’s rights or privacy or is contrary to any relevant standards or codes, including generally accepted community standards. You must also not permit or enable another person to do any of those things.
No viruses or other interference
You must not transmit to or via the eHub any virus or other information or material or otherwise use this website in a way which:
- tampers with, hinders the operation of or makes unauthorised modifications to the eHub
- inhibits any other user from using the eHub
- defames, harasses, threatens, menaces or offends any person
- contains obscene, indecent, inflammatory or pornographic material or material that could give rise to civil or criminal proceedings.
You must also not permit or enable another person to do any of those things.
Ownership and indemnity
All content on this website is owned and licenced by us and we reserve all our rights in respect to all content.
You must not copy, distribute, modify or use any content except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any content you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video, audio, graphics or other content separately from any accompanying text.
By posting any information or using this website you are confirming to us that you have the right to do so, and you license us to use that content for any purpose now and in the future.
